Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School in Esher, Surrey is an independent day school for boys and girls aged from two to seven years. It was founded in 1912 and is part of the Shrewsbury House School Trust and is administered by a Board of Governors.

Shrewsbury House Pre-Prep School is seeking to appoint a Head’s PA/Office Administrator to manage the efficient day to day organisation and administration of the School. This role will also provide the Head with comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.

The successful candidate should present a warm, welcoming, professional image and have the ability to build good relationships with children, parents and colleagues through effective communication skills. A flexible, calm character, with a good sense of humour and a strong team ethic is important.

The candidate will be required to make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school, including attending whole-school events which may not fall in designated work hours.
