HR Advisor

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our People and Culture team as maternity cover for 12 months. In this role, you will work alongside a team of trusted advisor to provide support for all strategic and operational HR and people issues.

The role will involve:

To provide advice and guidance to DofE employees on all matters relating to People policies and procedures.

To support the People Business Partners with issues relating to employee relations
To support the development and delivery of the People Strategy.
To be an ambassador of our people powered and values led culture.
Ensure that diversity and inclusion are at the centre of all people activity.

We’re looking for someone with

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proficient using HR Systems and analysing HR data
A proven track record in providing HR advise and guidance

The geographical allowance is based on a staff member having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at £4,000 (pro rata) per annum.
