Our client is a South Wales food manufacturer that values hard work, teamwork and developing people. They are a leading manufacturer in their field and are now looking to add a production planner to their growing team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To coordinate all planning activity relating to manufacturing and supplying finished goods.
- Ensuring all scheduling activity line with performance and business profitability.
- Boosting stock levels to ensure service levels but with minimal levels of waste.
- To develop information to support manufacturing system ie MRP.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Need experience planning in an FMCG (Ideally food factory)
- Good standard of written and oral communication in English
- Experience of working with short shelf-life products.
