The Company
Automotivate is an exciting new business venture which provides consultancy and advisory services along with training support, fleet management expertise and credit facility guidance for business owners who run light commercial vehicles. They have recently launched their own dealership in Oxfordshire selling all makes of vans and converted vehicles.
They are a sales agent for a reputable minibus converter whose product they sell from their showroom. They can source any make and model for their customer base offering commercial vehicle solutions.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for maximising profitability by meeting customer needs for services, van sales, conversion sales and team leadership as well as sales of finance, insurance and ancillary products. Consistently exceeding all external and internal customer expectations, whilst working with the Dealership Management team to deliver overall site/Company objectives.
You will ensure customer satisfaction, service, and retention through process, training, and staff development. You will be a selling sales manager, supporting your team with their clients as required and developing your own new business.About You
You will have previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry, fantastic leadership skills, a competitive nature and a desire to win. You will be naturally enthusiastic and be able to develop relationships effortlessly. You will have a desire to achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care commensurate and a flexible approach to work and people and adaptability to a changing workplace environment.
On offer
Basic salary of £40,000 per annum OTE £90,000. A company vehicle (equivalent to Ford Ranger), and eligibility into their company bonus scheme.The business hours are 8-5:30, with the employee expected to work an 8-hour day. However, the business is less concerned about the hours worked and more with the results! Offering flexibility where required.
