Overview:

We are recruiting for an experienced Insolvency Associate to join the Insolvency and Restructuring team.

We are looking to expand our insolvency and restructuring team which is ranked Tier 1 for both Chambers and Legal 500, providing you a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the largest regional insolvency and restructuring teams.

The lawyers in our team work on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters and you'll be exposed to all areas of insolvency and restructuring law. You'll work for a range of national and international clients including insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates and private equity.

You'll benefit from working closely with the Partners and Directors in the Insolvency and Restructuring team, providing you with the opportunity to support on a broad spectrum of work and take as much responsibility as you're ready for. This is an interesting opportunity for those looking to progress their career in a leading full-service firm based outside of London where the decisions about your future are made by those you see and work with – day in, day out.

In particular, we are looking for an NQ – 3 years PQE solicitor with experience of working in this area.

Our chargeable hours target is 1,350, giving you the time to develop your skills as a well-rounded lawyer.
