• Monitor and record children’s progress, celebrating achievements and milestones.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Create and deliver imaginative, educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure a nurturing and inclusive space for all children.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards.

• A qualification in Early Years at NVQ Level 3 (Level 2 may be considered for the right candidate).
• Knowledge and experience of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with parents and carers.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset.
• A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children in their learning and growth.

• Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour.
