• Assist with daily administrative and legal tasks, including file management, document production, and liaising with clients.
• Support the legal team by preparing draft contracts, handling identity verification, and coordinating with mortgage lenders and solicitors.
• Help maintain compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures.
• Represent the firm at networking events and assist with brand awareness activities.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good typing skills (audio/copy) and attention to detail.
• Experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.
