Teaching Assistant
Equal Education Partners are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Teaching Assistants to support children within various schools in the Carmarthen area.
We have full-time and part-time roles available, starting as soon as possible.

Requirements
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to:
- Assist the main class teacher.
- Support pupils’ learning needs, either working with groups of pupils or in a 1:1 setting.
- Safeguard the children in your care.
- Set up equipment and help prepare the classroom for lessons.
- Inspire and encourage pupils to achieve their learning outcomes.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills are required.
- Candidates might have completed Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Childcare or other similar subjects.
- Equally, strong candidates might have prior experience working with children and/or relevant transferable skills and experience from a range of different sectors e.g. care, sports, coaching, theatre & performing arts and other areas.
