What You'll Do:

• Work alongside teaching assistants to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide whole class and individual support to students, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills.
• Contribute to creating a positive and safe learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.

• You'll have a genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
• You'll work effectively as part of a team, sharing ideas and collaborating with teachers and other professionals.
• You'll be enthusiastic about learning new skills and developing your knowledge to best support the students you work with.
• Essential Requirements:
• QTS
• GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above qualification.
• Understanding of the Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
• Own means of transport.
