Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Strong communication skills
Able to work well as part of a small, proactive team
Valid FLT Forklift Truck licence
Handling and movement of goods – both raw materials and finished products
Operate forklift trucks if licensed
Accurately follow production and packing procedures
Use warehouse and production systems training provided
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with HACCP and internal procedures
Communicate effectively with colleagues and team leaders

Summary:
Role: Manufacturing TechnicianMonday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Hourly Rate: £13.70
A temporary contract with a potential opportunity to be hired on a permanent basis dependant on performanceHas training and development opportunities available
Skills & Experience required from Manufacturing Technician:
Previous experience in either production, warehouse ideally with FLT or food manufacturing/packingStrong communication skills
Able to work well as part of a small, proactive team
Valid FLT Forklift Truck licence
Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP is desirable
Key Responsibilities for Manufacturing Technician:
Operate within both production and warehouse areasHandling and movement of goods – both raw materials and finished products
Operate forklift trucks if licensed
Accurately follow production and packing procedures
Use warehouse and production systems training provided
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with HACCP and internal procedures
Communicate effectively with colleagues and team leaders
Complete paperwork and digital records accurately
