NPD Kitchen Assistant - Leeds

A new NPD Kitchen Assistant role, working in fantastic kitchen facilities with a supportive Chef team.

Here you’ll be joining a food manufacturing business that creates delicious products found on the supermarket shelves.

As NPD Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be working in the Development Kitchen at site – supporting the team of Development Chefs who are creating new recipes.

This is a site-based role, working Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm.

It’s a hands-on role, where you’ll ensure the Development Kitchen is kept clean, well-prepared and well-stocked. This will involve organising and managing stock levels of ingredients. You’ll help to co-ordinate product samples for customers. You’ll ensure high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and help to prepare for customer visits and presentations.

This role would suit someone who is really organised with high standards and a keen interest in food. You’ll need experience working in a commercial kitchen environment and understanding of food hygiene requirements.

This is a newly created role to support the Chefs and enable them to spend more time creating tasty recipes. You’ll be able to make a positive impact from day one, lightening their load and making this role your own.
