Full-time Y4 Class Teacher - Temporary to cover maternity leave (up to 1 year)

Archbishop Benson School is a popular and successful school situated in the heart of Truro. The Governors are seeking to appoint a full time class teacher from April 2025. Applications from ECT candidates with KS2 teaching experience would be most welcome.

We are seeking to appoint a teacher who:

  • is a highly motivated and enthusiastic classroom practitioner with strong class management skills
  • has excellent subject knowledge and can deliver and model the curriculum creatively & cross-curricularly

  • is able to motivate and challenge young learners, securing good outcomes
  • is a team member with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • has a commitment to forming excellent relationships with parents/carers
