Business Analyst

They will be involved in responding to internal and external queries, including completing necessary analysis, escalation, and research to create accurate responses.

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong business analysis skills, demonstrating self-starting and self-directed capabilities, and the ability to take high-level information to perform the research needed to scope requirements, including identifying issues/gaps.
• Detail-oriented, with strong Excel skills, particularly in PIVOT Tables, VLOOKUPs, and ideally Macros.
• Experience working with large data sets within Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Client-facing experience preferred, especially in projects involving client outreach to dozens or hundreds of clients.
• Analysing and dissecting large data sets according to applicable rule requirements.
• Designing and creating intelligent metrics and reports for multiple audiences.
• Supporting outreach activities, including QA checks, monitoring, reporting, and tracking.
• Project management experience in addition to business analysis experience would be a bonus.
