Hours: Full-time, part-time or bank
As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker with us, you’ll be an essential part of a compassionate and dedicated team, providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and observations
- Promote independence and well-being
Requirements:
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous care experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to undergo relevant background checks
- Car driver essential
