Using modern technologies, we make sure our customers can manage their energy usage correctly while offering market leading prices to secure tenders. Based in Houghton-le-spring we are based in the middle of three great city's Newcastle, Durham, and Sunderland.

From the CEO to the manager’s, we have all done the sales role. We know the difficulties that you may come up against. This means that we give you the tools to succeed in the role. Starting with our amazing induction you will learn about why we are different.

You will understand what we stand for and what our values and goals are.

What we need
We are looking for the below.

Ability to build and instant rapport with a customer.
Be able to listen and process the needs of the customer so you can offer a package that will meet all their needs.
Overcome objections by knowing the products.
Be an outside the box thinker. We have solutions for business, being able to break that down and offer a solution that is different and stands out will make you and asset to that company.
Resilience to No. This you will hear in 90 of your calls.
Initiative-taking - We are not here to micromanage you. We believe that using your time well will produce the results needed. Knowing what your own gaols are will help you on your way.
6 months sales experience.
Ideally experience in the business energy market.
