About the Role:Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team. We are currently collaborating with several SEN schools in the Buckinghamshire area, and we're seeking passionate individuals to support students aged 3 to 18 years.
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide learning and care support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Collaborate with the teacher to plan and deliver activities
- Support students with daily routines, transitions, and behavior management
Desired Qualities:
- Sensitivity, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and open to change
- Strong understanding of students' reactions and needs
