Are you passionate about empowering young people to understand the importance of health and social care in today’s society? Can you deliver an engaging curriculum that prepares students for real-world care environments and future careers in the sector?

The Role

Watling Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Health & Social Care Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the delivery of this important subject, particularly with our brand-new Sixth Form opening in September 2025.

You will deliver a curriculum that covers key topics such as care settings, person-centred values, public health, health promotion campaigns and supporting individuals through life events. With a strong emphasis on applied learning, the course enables students to develop practical skills and knowledge that are directly relevant to real-world health and care contexts.
