Residential Property Solicitor – Surrey
We are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our client’s expanding Conveyancing/ Residential Property team based in Surrey
The successful individual will be required to attend to the office approximately 3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of residential property transactions.
- Provide expert legal guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in handling residential property transactions.
- Prior experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to legal challenges.
