Location: AvonmouthSalary: £25,714 per annum plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pertemps Bristol are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fun and friendly team based in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a family-run business with over 30 years of industry experience. The company is seeking someone to become a key part of their dedicated team, with interviews to be held ASAP.
Main DutiesHandle and manage incoming customer enquiries and resolve any issues or problems.
Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
Liaise with Service Providers to ensure quick and efficient responses to customer concerns.
Arrange for the exchange and installation of faulty appliances.
Resolve customer issues with a strong focus on problem-solving.
SkillsTo be successful in this role, you should: Be confident and possess excellent communication skills.
Be well-organised with strong attention to detail.Enjoy problem-solving and have a proactive attitude.
Be self-motivated and work well within a team environment.
Experience is not essential as full training on company products, procedures, and systems will be provided.
