We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a D365 CE implementation within the Higher Education sector. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong financial management and governance expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 CE within a Higher Education environment.Manage fixed-price engagements, ensuring strong financial control, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain robust governance, proactively mitigating risks and issues to ensure project success.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Oversee project delivery within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
Drive project progress while managing dependencies, scope, and change requests effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong financial management & cost control, ideally in fixed-price engagements. Expertise in governance, risk management, and issue resolution.Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Higher Education experience, ideally implementing D365 within a university setting.
D365 Implementation Management experience.
Hands-on experience as an Agile PM/Scrum Master in a complex project environment is desirable
