Purchase Ledger Clerk
Reed Accountancy & Finance, the UK’s leading specialist recruitment partner, is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temporary position with one of our esteemed clients based in Ashford. Purchase Ledger Clerk Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Handling payments and preparing batch payment runs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and resolving any invoice queries.
- Assisting with month-end closing processes and reports.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role or similar.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
