• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, online chat, and email.
• Process administration requests and queries from mortgage advisers through our Sourcing platform.
• Handle Key Facts Illustration (KFI) requests efficiently.
• Become an expert in the Equity Release market with our training.
• Master the Air Sourcing system to assist customers effectively.
• Process Air Mortgage Club registrations accurately.

• Customer service and administration experience (essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of an organisation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities-you'll manage tasks from various sources simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-changing environment with confidence and initiative.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
