Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
- Efficient Store Operations: Assist with stocking shelves, managing deliveries, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Handle Transactions: Operate tills, process payments, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Support Colleagues: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable and Punctual: Dependable individuals who can be trusted to meet work commitments.
- Team Players: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience Preferred but Not Required: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
