About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Optical Receptionist. This role involves supporting the optical staff and ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient eyewear selection and fittings
- Perform preliminary eye tests and measurements
- Help maintain and organise optical equipment and supplies
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Offer exceptional customer service to patients and answer their questions
- Assist with the repair and adjustment of eyewear
