About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mandarin teacher to join our partner school temporarily, with the possibility of a more permanent opportunity. This role involves teaching Mandarin to students across various age groups, from Year 3/4 to Year 9, using the Chinese Youth Test framework.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons focused on Mandarin language and Chinese culture.
- Support students in building familiarity with a range of Chinese characters for later recall and use.
- Prepare students for their long-term qualification goals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin with strong teaching skills.
- Hold QTS/ QTLS
- Experience teaching Mandarin to students across various age groups is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Chinese Youth Test framework is an advantage.
