Contact Centre Manager
Reed Business Support are exclusively working with our Harlow based client in their search for a Contact Centre Manager. This is in a highly regulated and niche environment, ideally you will be from a financial/insurance/collections background.
You will have a successful background managing a team in a call centre, including absence, performance and conduct. You will be comfortable leading from the front, while providing effective coaching and mentoring of direct reports in line with process and procedures.

What I need from you;- Experience of managing a call centre, control room or contact centre, leadership experience is essential
- Ability to deliver results and meet company expectations
- Excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills
- An ability to deal with customers professionally, calmly, and tactfully
