About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the implementation and delivery of the Council’s transformation activities, and other corporate priority and major projects. This role will lead and manage some of the Council’s most complex transformational and innovative change projects and programmes of work, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
We are looking for individuals who:
Can bring a fusion of project management, change management and business analysis skills to the role
Are qualified in an appropriate Project Management discipline with experience of managing projects or programmes at a senior level within a transformational environmentCan apply Business/ Data Analysis approaches such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver innovative solutions to help us continually improve our services
Are natural collaborators with excellent communication skills , and experienced in building relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are excited to realise project benefits and create a positive change for our residents and communities
Are professionally curious, innovative and creative
