Studio Coordinator/Administrator

About The Role:

The Crowd have partnered with a vibrant, mid-sized architecture studio in Central London that are seeking a positive and proactive Studio Coordinator to join their friendly team. Our client is open to temporary, temp-to-perm, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Reporting to the Practice Director you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their welcoming studio. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and be proactive, adaptable and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including managing supplies and ensuring equipment is functioning properly
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and take messages when needed
  • Handle reception duties by welcoming clients and visitors
  • Assist the Finance Manager with tasks such as invoice processing and tracking office/IT expenses
  • Support HR with staff onboarding, maintaining the HR platform, and scheduling reviews
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and prepare reports for administrative tasks
  • Provide document management support for project teams, including formatting, scanning, and filing

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in an architectural or design-related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator across all staff levels with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Methodical, flexible, and detail-oriented in your approach
  • Able to manage basic IT setups and resolving issues
  • Knowledge of accounting basics e.g. invoice and expense processing
  • Skilled in coordinating team events and activities
  • Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong interest in the creative industry
