Complex Care Support Worker

Hours - Waking Nights - Following Initial Training

Precedo Healthcare provide the high quality complex care at home to clients, we are looking for the best possible staff to help us provide that care, and therefore ensuring our clients live life as they choose, in their own homes and as independently as possible.

You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.

Your day to day activities will include:

  • Cough Assist including nebuliser, humidifier, and ventilator
  • Diabetes- Insulin Administration
  • Medication Administration (Oral and PEG)
  • PEG
  • Tracheostomy including suctioning/oral and nasal suctioning
  • Oxygen Therapy…including checking Oxygen levels in the blood, oxygen cylinders

We have a robust and in-depth on boarding process where as a new employee, you will need to first complete your training and induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of our team during the day shifts to learn the routines.
