Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Pay-Per-Click (PPC) specialist to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and other placement ad networks.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, campaign optimisation, and budget management to maximise return on ad spend. The PPC Specialist will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and enhancing brand visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise ad performance.
  • Set up and manage Google Merchant Centre accounts for e-commerce advertising.
  • Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to improve key metrics
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns to ensure cost efficiency and maximised ROI.
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising guidelines in the healthcare space

Requirements

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max campaigns, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to optimise performance.
  • Experience with budget management and maximising ROI on ad spend.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and ad tracking software.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimisation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement PPC strategies
