• Dates from April to June (08:30-12:00 then/0r 12:00-16:45)

We are seeking Exam Invigilators to oversee examinations. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in invigilating exams, either in group settings or on a one-to-one basis. .

Day-to-day of the role:

• Ensure a calm environment to maintain the integrity of the examination process.
• Monitor the examination room and ensure that all regulations and procedures are followed.
• Assist in setting up examination rooms by placing candidate numbers, scripts, and necessary stationery.
• Check attendance and verify candidate identities.
• Distribute and collect examination papers.
• Provide assistance to candidates as required, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Report any irregularities to the examination supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
