Branston Golf and Country Club have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to to join our busy team.
Branston Golf & Country Club changed ownership in December 2019 and has received significant investment since, making now an exceptionally exciting time to join the business.

You will be joining a company that is looking to invest and drive forward the success of their business. We take pride in what we offer and ensuring that we offer the best possible customer service.

The four main areas of the business are:
  • The Pavilion building which holds Weddings, events and conferences.
  • The Clubhouse Restaurant which consists of the Clubhouse and Clubhouse Lounge.
  • Golf which includes our 18-hole championship course, our “Eagle” 9-hole course, as well as practice facility and short game area, and our woodland themed Adventure Golf Course.
  • Health & Fitness which includes our state of the art Spin studio, gym with over £250,000 of Technogym equipment, over 100 group exercise classes per week, swimming pool, wet-side rooms, and outdoor hot tub.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Take full responsibility for aspects of the kitchen, catering for daily menu requirements including the production of homemade food, catering for regular member events, golf days and functions.
  • Preparation of the menu, using fresh ingredients using the recipes provided.
  • Liaise with the Head Chef when Food ordering and stock taking.
  • Food Hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance.
  • Production of Hospitality as per client requests.
  • Working in a tidy organised manner.
  • Positive attitude, reliable and hardworking.
  • Friendly and polite customer service.
  • Willingness to train, develop and progress.
  • Liaise with the Pavilion chefs and provide mise en place for the Pavilion kitchen when necessary to assist their workload.
  • To liaise with and assist the Head chef when required and to provide cover during holidays and illness.
  • Carrying out other duties as necessary in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with the company’s operating standards and cleaning procedures and in accordance with all legal, health and safety requirements.
