Associate Solicitor - Conveyancing

We have a new permanent opportunity for an experienced Associate Solicitor to join the successful and well-established Conveyancing Team in our award winning client's Thatcham office.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload.

Tasks

• Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Attend and promote the firm at business networking opportunities, actively seeking new business relationship and leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service

Requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven business development skills – able to generate own pipeline and network effectively
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong client-facing skills
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
