This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing company in a highly varied role.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT Technical Support in the business including software and hardware support, server and database maintenance, monitoring systems (firewalls, backups etc,) and database administration.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a very strong knowledge of supporting and deploying Windows applications (O365), hardware and software troubleshooting, managing/ creating user accounts and general infrastructure maintenance.Lastly, any experience or qualifications within the ITIL framework would be desirable.

The Role:- Day-to-day IT Technical Support for the wider business
- Hardware support, server maintenance, monitoring systems (PC & Printer Repairs, backups etc,)
- Database Administration
- 5 days on-site in Honiton
- Proven experience in a similar role (IT Support, IT Administrator)
- Knowledge of supporting and deploying Windows applications (O365), hardware troubleshooting, networking (LAN, WAN etc.)
- Prior experience with Database administration and infrastructure maintenance
- Commutable to Honiton
