The ideal Business Analyst candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, ideally within wealth management. A strong background in digital transformation and business process change projects is required.Excellent skills in requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation are essential. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams is required. Experience working in Agile environments and change management initiatives is essential.
Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance is desirable.
