Deputy Nursery Manager

Our client, a well-established nursery, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team. Set in a beautiful environment designed to nurture children aged 3 months to 5 years, this nursery is committed to providing outstanding childcare and early education.

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the team, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining a stimulating, safe, and inclusive environment for all children. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will support day-to-day operations, staff development, and ensure that the nursery meets all regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience in a senior nursery or early years role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A deep understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted regulations.
  • A warm, nurturing, and inclusive approach to childcare.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
