- A Maths Support Assistant should have a First-Class degree in Mathematics from a top-20 University
- A Maths Support Assistant should be passionate about helping students through mentoring and teaching.
- If a Maths Support Assistant has child-facing experience/experience with behaviour management, it would be advantageous
- A Maths Support Assistant should be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities
- A good work ethic and exemplary subject knowledge are mandatory for this Maths Support Assistant role.
