A Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Commercial Property SolicitorSalary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working
Location: Bristol
Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing commercial property.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property agreements.
- Manage property transactions from start to finish.
- Conduct due diligence, including title checks and searches.
- Work with clients across sectors like retail, hospitality, and development.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes.
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice tailored to client needs.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:
