Mental Health Nurse - CAMHS Inpatient

Act as the key worker for young people open in inpatients facility, working collaboratively with the young people, their families, Care Coordinator and wider care team. Work with a high risk client group who have severe mental health problems, dealing with severely challenging behaviour on occasions and respond to emergency situations.
Develop respectful and trusting relationships through the involvement of, and discussion with the child or young person. Consult with children, young people and their carers to make sure that their needs are understood and met in an encouraging and nurturing environment.
