Nanny, full-time role in Whetstone, London, Job ID J1A628
The role involves all general nanny duties, with particular attention to supporting a child with special needs. The nanny will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the children and the family. A driver who holds a full driving license is required and an automatic car will be provided.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday from 7:30 am to 8:30 am then 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday from 7:30 am to 9:30 am then 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, approximately 36 hours per week
Duties include:
Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, care, and developmentSafely transporting the children to and from school
Engaging in age-appropriate activities and planning enriching experiences to support the children’s development and interests
Providing homework assistance to help the children excel academically
Offering care and supervision in a stimulating and enjoyable environment
Maintaining a safe and secure setting, adhering to necessary precautions and guidelines
Encouraging positive behaviour, fostering independence, and promoting happiness and personal growth
Keeping open and effective communication with parents, offering regular updates on the children’s well-being and progressKeeping the children’s bedrooms and living areas clean and tidy, performing light household cleaning, and ensuring a well-maintained home
Handling laundry and organising clothes
Cooking and preparing healthy meals for the family
