The Role – Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students aged 5 - 19 in developing vital life skills, with the aim of aiding their progress into further education. A Learning Support Assistant would ideally have a background working with SEMH needs including Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) & more, or experience in a SEN environment.A background in tutoring or mentoring is also valued, to help guide student through their GCSE’s.
