Birmingham Children’s Trust are looking for a candidate with proven team manager experience in Leaving care to join us.

This is a newly created role to ensure that our pathway planning is ambitious for our young people and is of high standard.

The suitable candidate will provide training for staff, around Leaving Care, and must know what good looks like . They must have energy and enthusiasm for our work, and be creative in their approach.

This role will not involve team manager duties , as it will be working across the Trust to assist in planning training and coordination of pathway plans, with a focus on early preparation and target setting for the journey into adulthood.
