Business Support Assistant
Job Overview
Based in Newry city centre, we require a candidate to assist a small team of architectural designers and chartered town planners. Experience in a similar office is preferred but not essential, and the successful candidate will be expected to be proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel, Outlook and other similar software packages.
We are seeking someone with relevant third level qualifications and at least two years’ experience in a professional services environment.
Main duties will include: Reception duties / front of house
Handling telephone enquiries and fielding telephone callsGeneral assistance to the professional team
Filing and correspondence
Premises management – responsible for supplies, and co-ordinating maintenance and upkeep of premises
Personal assistance to the company director
Assistance with and monitoring work scheduling
Salary will be dependent upon qualifications, and experience and a range of other benefits will be on offer.
While a full-time candidate would be preferred, we are open to part-time working for an exceptional candidate.
