About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled, and highly motivated colleague to join our Inclusion team as an Inclusion Support Worker. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with additional SEND needs, including cognition and learning, communication and interaction, and sensory and complex needs.
- Work under the direction of the Senior Leader for Inclusion and class teachers.
- Lead personalized provision for individual pupils in line with their SEND support plans.
- Facilitate individual and group work.
- Develop strong working partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other agencies.
- Be responsive to children’s individual needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Engage and re-engage children facing multiple barriers to school engagement.
- Support and nurture parental links, working towards the expectations outlined in the SEND Code of Practice 2014.

- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across the primary age range.
- Sustained commitment to professional development.
- Experience in developing language and communication skills.
