Full-Time KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Hounslow

This rewarding role involves providing tailored support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they thrive both academically and personally.
About the Role:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping a child in Key Stage 2 engage with their learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual support to help the pupil access and engage with the curriculum.
- Adapting lessons and activities to meet their specific learning needs.
- Supporting emotional and social development, fostering independence and confidence.
- Encouraging positive interactions with peers and promoting well-being.
This role is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Role Details:
Location: HounslowHours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with children, particularly in KS2 and SEN support.✔️ A TA qualification, SEN training, or Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential).
✔️ A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
✔️ The right to work in the UK.
