The role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Senior Investment Writer & Content Specialist to take full ownership of all client-facing content and marketing materials across our private markets strategies—primarily private credit on a global scale.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional PowerPoint and project management skills and be confident acting as the central owner of all marketing and investor content.

  • Maintain and improve content libraries and templates to streamline future responses.
Content Governance & Information Management
  • Own and maintain the structure and content of data rooms, ensuring accessibility, security, and relevance.
  • Implement efficient systems to manage and retrieve updated content across marketing, compliance, and operational needs.
  • Ensure all materials reflect the latest performance data, investment commentary, and market positioning.
Cross-Platform Brand Alignment
  • Maintain consistent tone, look, and messaging across website, social media, presentations, and investor materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, web developers) and internal stakeholders to keep all communication channels up to date and on brand.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Own and continuously improve processes around content development, approval workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Drive efficiency in how marketing and investment documents are created, shared, and archived.
  • Track and manage deadlines and competing priorities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing investment content and client communications in private markets, ideally with a focus on private credit.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and content presentation skills, with the ability to transform raw material into polished, investor-ready output.
