The Role
We are seeking a passionate, innovative enthusiastic computer science teacher with the ability and willingness to teach Computer Science as KS5.
Alongside this you will also be delivering specialist computer science lessons to KS3 and KS4. You will be apart of a very successful, and nurturing team who will provide you with support and coaching to deliver outstanding computer science lessons to ensure you develop an array of teaching and learning strategies
Our Curriculum Vision
Our Computer Science curriculum is designed to:
- Develop algorithmic thinking in and outside the classroom
- Develop and help provide students with creative innovative ideas in computing
- Develop students' analytical, observational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Inspire a genuine passion programming through practical hands-on lessons
- Continuously stretch students to reach their full academic potential.
- Enrich learning through clubs, trips, and extra-curricular opportunities that go beyond the classroom.
We teach students aged 11 to 18 across the full ability range. At GCSE and A-Level , students follow the OCR Computer Science specification.

We expect that you will have evidence of excellent lesson practice and high expectations of pupil attainment and, if overseas trained, we would need evidence that your professional qualifications are recognised in the UK by UK ENIC &/or the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA).
