Accounts Payable Assistant new

This is an important role for the business, and you will work as part of the finance team, assisting with the accounts payable function. This is a great opportunity for a busy role with great learning opportunities. What You Will Do Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:-

Processing accounts payable accurately and promptlyReviewing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Maintaining and reconciling supplier accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.Assisting with financial reports and analysis related to the accounts payable function.Contributing to the improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures.

Previous experience in an accounts payable role is essential Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStudies in finance, accounting, or a related field is desirableExperience using SAP is highly desirable
