About Our Client

Our client specialises in providing self-assessment and VAT support services to UK based sole traders in construction, logistics, healthcare alongside other sectors.

• Answering incoming calls
• Processing incoming sales requests
• Managing / developing existing corporate accounts
• Conducting accompanied visits to customers and suppliers
• Contacting existing clients of the firm to upsell new products and services
• Following up on incoming lead queries
• Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
• Responding to e-mail queries
• Assisting with the build and delivery of marketing campaigns

• A positive and co-operative attitude and a strong will to succeed
• The ability to blend with others to form a strong team
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Experience of successfully operating in a similar role
• The ability to grasp a high level of detail
• The ability to create, or challenge ideas

• Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hardworking, positive attitude with a desire to progress
