The Job – Customer Support Specialist
Build and maintain strong customer relationshipsResolve customer queries as they ariseWork with dedicated customer accounts, scheduling orders as required, quoting units and negotiating to provide the best commercial opportunities for the businessHelp to address technical issues between workshops and customers.Communicate Customer Status reports for assigned accounts which require these.Raise works orders.
